Join Stephanie Jacobs for a dynamic one-hour virtual session on revenue diversification for nonprofits and charities. Discover how to apply an entrepreneurial mindset to traditional funding streams like grants and donations, and explore opportunities to generate earned revenue. This workshop will introduce innovative strategies to move beyond program-to-program funding cycles, empowering you to build a more resilient and sustainable financial model for your organization.  

The session wraps up with a 15-minute Q&A, offering participants the opportunity to ask questions and share ideas!

Facilitator 

Stephanie Jacobs is the Program Coordinator for the Thriving Non-Profits program at Scale Collaborative, a Victoria-based organization dedicated to strengthening the nonprofit sector through capacity building, research, consulting, and social impact financing.  

With extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, Stephanie has held various leadership roles, including Executive Director and Board Director. In her current role, she manages the delivery of the Thriving Non-Profits program, working to empower nonprofit leaders with knowledge and tools to diversify their organization’s revenue streams and increase financial sustainability.
