Why It Matters

CoSA is a Canadian innovation, developed in Ontario over 30 years ago. By surrounding people returning to the community after incarceration with trained volunteers who provide accountability and support, CoSA reduces reoffending by up to 88%, creating fewer victims and safer neighbourhoods.
